Marketing Manager
Position reports to: CRO
As a Marketing Manager you will be in responsible of:
- Develop the marketing strategy and objectives of the company based on past performance and forecasts
- Lead market analysis, including:
- Competitors
- Demographics
- Applications
- Etc.
- Define and promote our company brand and corporate identity
- Oversee the marketing budget
- Plan, prepare and implement online and onsite marketing campaigns
- Coordinate marketing campaigns with Sales activity (NPI, NAI, NTI)
- Manage and monitor company channels performance
- Create content for the corporate website and social media channels
- Create different marketing materials in alignment with marketing plans
- Keep effective internal communication to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of MKT goals
- Support internal marketing campaigns in line with HR activity
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing management or any similar discipline
- Autodidact
- Self-motivated
- Target oriented
- Past experience as a marketing manager for a technological company an advantage
- Excellent communication skills
- Team player
- Ability to multi task and work in complex environment
- Background in Adobe (photoshop, illustrator, InDesign, etc) is an advantage
- Ability to manage conflict, be creative and to always look for the most beneficial solution
- Technical background is an advantage (electronics, optics, lasers)
- High level of English, both verbal and writing
- Any additional language is an advantage
